Greeting Cards

“Art - the examining of it and the doing of it - is one of humanity’s greatest assets. Everyone should have access to art - the examining of it and the doing of it.”

Sheryl Dubois

Printed in full and glorious colour, Sheryl’s greeting cards are designed to bring joy, to celebrate or to commiserate, and - if so inclined - to frame.

Card stock selection and the inking are the key elements.

  • The selected card stock is heavy.

  • The card stock is soft-touch.

  • The print is professional.

  • The print is without glare.

  • Prints look great as is, in a frame and/or behind glass.

Together these elements create a card that is not only super-memorable and meaningful, but meant to be frame-worthy.

Sheryl says she does not remember a time she did not do some kind of art. And while she has sold art, and used her skills to develop all kinds of media over her career (e.g. advertisements, flyers and newsletters) she has not considered herself an“artist” until she started selling greeting cards - her art - at local markets.

If someone looks at something I’ve created and says, “I can see the movement,” or “I am drawn to the colours” or anything like that - if the art makes people feel something, I feel I can call myself an artist.
